YOGA HOLIDAY PUGLIA
The yoga sessions are entirely optional as there are 3 yoga sessions each day and a meditation session in the evening.
Yoga sessions are at 8.30a.m usually a strong vinyasa flow – which can be modified in light of who attends the session.
12pm Hatha yoga – gentle yoga using props such as bolsters, straps etc.
5.30p.m. Hatha yoga – unless folks are not out on a trip and want to stay out longer.
All sessions include pranayama, meditation and relaxation and mantra.
There is also an amazing forest area where walking meditations can take place and where you can walk alone or with company and contemplate at any time.
9 places have already gone which means unless people are sharing a room there are only THREE ROOMS LEFT.
Sharing that would mean 6 people could attend or 3 not sharing.
For Susan, Yoga and mindfulness offer simple techniques and practices for connecting the mind to the body. It can help people to cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life, and can totally revitalise the body and mind.
Yoga is for all ages and abilities, providing a calming and soothing influence, and helping to develop and improve powers of concentration and sense of relaxation and well-being.
